Mark D. Byrne joined Triano & Byrne in 1992 and currently serves as Of Counsel. He has over 30 years of legal experience, including multiple trials involving fraud, breach of contract, dissolution of partnerships, dissolution of limited liability companies, and piercing of the corporate protection, complex federal commercial litigation, real property litigation, and complex family law matters.

Mark firmly believes in giving back to the community. He previously served on the Board of Directors for CASA Contra Costa County, the St. Joseph’s Church of Pinole Pastoral Council, the School Board and Master of Ceremonies for St. Joseph’s Elementary School in Pinhole, and as the president of the Hercules Rotary Club.

Prior to joining Triano & Byrne, Mark worked as an attorney in various law firms located in San Pablo, San Ramon, and Stockton, California.
